INKWELL
Inkwells are small containers which contain ink for an artist or writer to dip their quill into.
They are a place where untapped creativity and inspiration lie dormant.
Here, it is a practice. A means of marking and sharing moments of inspiration. They provide a space to practice vulnerability, creativity, and individuality. An inkwell may be something from your past, something new you've stumbled upon, a piece of music, a quote, an image, a story, or even an act you see on the street between strangers.
The only rule - it must be shared.

Brené Brown with Jay and Mark Duplass on The Power of Paradox
UNLOCKING US with Brené Brown
Jay and Mark Duplass are two of my favorite humans. They are film-makers, writers, directors, producers, actors, and activists. They’re also partners, fathers, and brothers who believe in connection, love, and the importance of small moments. In this episode we talk about their memoir, Like Brothers, and how so much of what we crave in life comes from straddling the paradoxes inherent in love, creativity, and relationships.
